我国基尼系数变动趋势与对策研究

Research on the Trend and Countermeasures for the Change of Gini Coefficient in China

基尼系数是表现一个国家和地区的财富分配状况的重要指标,系数越低表明分配越均匀。我国多年来由于权力寻租、经济发展不均衡、制度因素、劳动力价格因素、政府职能等原因使基尼系数高于国际"警戒线"。因此,应积极实施包括完善社会保障、加强税收调节、加强垄断管制、保持经济协调发展等措施缩小贫富差距,让人民群众充分地享受到经济增长的好处,促进社会和谐发展。

The Gini coefficient is an important index of weighting the distribution of wealth in a country and region,the lower the coefficient indicates that the distribution is more uniform.China＇s Gini coefficient is higher than the international warning line in recent years due to the power rent-seeking,uneven economic development,institutional factors,labor price factor,government functions and other reasons.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the social security,strengthen tax adjustment,strengthen the control of monopoly,maintain a coordinated economic development and other measures to narrow the gap between rich and poor,so as to enable the people to fully enjoy economic growth benefits,and ppromote social harmony.
