摘要 任职教育是军队培训机构对完成学历教育的部队在职人员进行的一种特定形式的成人继续教育,现已成为军队院校教育任务的主体。通过问卷调查和座谈交流等方法调查分析任职教育青年学员的学习动机和培训需求。结果表明,学员的学习动机普遍很强,期望通过培训学习增加人际交往并提升自身素质和业务水平;在教学内容的需求上,学员注重获取知识的方法和途径以及解决实际问题的策略;在教学方法上偏向案例式、讨论式教学,同时要求教员了解部队,能够将理论与部队实际相结合开展有效教学。 Professional education, a specially designed adult continuing education for military personnel completing academic education, has become the main task of military colleges and universities. We carried out a survey through questionnaire and interview on learning motivation and training needs of professional education students. Results indicated that the students generally have potent learning motivation, hoping to improve interpersonal relationship and professional quality as well as grasp the methods and strategies of obtaining knowledge and solving problems, preferring case - based, discussion - based teaching mode and expecting teachers to have more understanding and experience of army and combine theory with practice in teaching.
