摘要
自20世纪80年代服务外包产生以来,服务外包产业得到了突飞猛进地发展,到今天服务外包已经成为一个重要的产业类型。文中主要运用SWOT方法对我国承接国际服务外包的竞争优势、劣势等进行评价,并提出了相应的对策。
