摘要
国家交通物流信息平台是面向全社会的公共物流信息服务网络,经过几年的不断发展已经初具规模,针对平台庞大的客户群体,如何进行高效的管理,保障平台的顺利运行是一个亟需解决的问题。通过分析将平台服务对象进行分类,运用层次需求理论对会员需求进行分析,最终完成平台会员体系的设计。
National Transportation Logistics Information Platform is a Public Logistics Information Service Network.Through several years construction,it has made great achievements.It is a problem to be solved how to manage a huge customer.This paper classified objects platform services and analysised membership＇s requirements by theory of hierarchy need.Finally we completed the design of membership system.
