摘要
在上海"中华专线"自动化物流系统设计和实施过程中,针对复杂狭窄的土建结构,因势利导,灵活运用精益物流的理念,极具创造性地进行系统工艺创新及技术创新,物流系统工艺布局极其紧凑,被形象地称为"螺蛳壳里做道场",充分体现了"精益"特征,完美实现物料流程与物流空间的高度融合,具有在节约土地资源基础上进行现代物流建设的典型示范效应。
The building clearances are narrow and limited for the automated intra-logistics system of Shanghai Cigarette Factory.The layout design took advantage of the theory of lean logistics.The creative working flow and technical innovation were applied in the system and then the layout is compact and smart.The design combined efficiently the material flow and building clearances,which represents the character of lean design.The project is one of typical applications based on land saving for modern logistics system layout design.
