摘要
随着电子商务的迅速发展,网络购物成为了一种消费时尚。然而随着电子商务市场规模的扩大,网络店铺竞争越来越激烈,因此寻找一种新的经营模式,以弥补网络店铺的缺陷,提高竞争力具有非常重要的意义。文中在对传统网络店铺的缺陷分析的基础上,提出了一种网络店铺开展实体店铺的联合经营模式,提出实体店铺是客户的服务体验,网络店铺是实现企业销售目标的渠道的经营理念。并利用数学模型分析实体店铺占网络店铺投资的最佳比例,使其能够实现利润最大化。通过这些手段能够使网络店铺和实体店铺优势互补,提升客户服务水平。
With the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has become popular.However,with the expansion of e-commerce market,Network shop competition is more and more fierce.So,looking for a new business model,in order to make up for the defect of network stores and enhance competitiveness is very important.Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of the network shop,this paper proposes a new network shop and solid shop joint operation model.Solid shop provides service for costumers and network shop is channel to reach the company sales targets.This paper uses the mathematical model to analysis the best investment proportion of solid shop.By these means make network shop and solid shops complementary advantages and improve customer service levels.
