摘要
经营管理者为专门职业的企业家,其主要目标是能够使企业的资产增值。而目前,我国企业家的激励约束现状,仍然存在着约束不利和激励不足的问题。文中对许多的看法和观点的基础进行了总结,探讨了企业家的激励与约束的因素、障碍以及机制,并且为设计企业家的激励约束机制提供了理论上的基础。
Entrepreneurs are professional entrepreneurs,whose main goal is to be able to make the enterprise increase invalue.In our country,however,there are still disadvantages of constraint and insufficient encouragement in the entrepreneur status quo.In order to change this situation,lots of views and opinions are summarized in terms of this aspect.At the same time,we have discussed the relevant factors,obstacles and systems of the incentive and constraint of entrepreneurs.Finally weprovide a theoretical basis for the design of incentive and constraint mechanism for the entrepreneurs.
