构建国际物流专业实践教学体系的探讨

Study on Building of Practice Teaching System in the Course of International Logistics

随着国际贸易及国际运输的发展,国际物流人才成为我国紧缺的人才之一。与此同时,拥有物流专业背景的毕业生就业并不乐观。企业大量缺乏具备现代物流观念、熟悉物流运作、通晓相关领域的应用型物流人才。由于国际物流实际操作性强的特点,要求高校物流管理专业理论教学与实践紧密结合,加强实践教学。本文从教学环节设计、校内实训基地和校外实习基地的建设三个方面提出构建国际物流专业实践教学体系的建议。

As the development of international trade and international transportation,large number of enterprises have a lack of application-oriented logistics talents with modern logistics concepts,and being familiar with the logistics operation or knowledge of international logistics related fields.That requires logistics management theory teaching in universities should be closely integrated to strengthen practice teaching.In this paper,the recommendations of teaching design,campus and off-campus internship training bases are put forward to build an international logistics practice teaching system.
