当代高校图书馆重归学术机构本质的思考

Thoughts on Contemporary University Libraries Coming Back to Its Academic Nature

本文回顾分析了图书馆在历史上学术性功能不断减弱、服务性功能不断增强的过程及其成因,揭示了其在当代陷入的价值迷失的困境,指出重归学术机构本质是它走出困境的重要途径,尤其是对于高校图书馆,这也许是它提高自己在学校中地位的唯一出路。文章还提出了在高校图书馆重振学术风气的若干措施。

In the paper we review the history of library during which its academic function has become weaker and weaker while its service function become stronger and stronger.We discuss the value-loss situation in the modern libraries,and draw a conclusion that to walk out from the hard situation a library must regain its academic nature,especially for the ones in university.We also advance some opinions to rebuild the academic atmosphere in library.
