Comparative study on content and curriculum of Chinese and American medical humanities

通过中国与美国医学院校人文课程教学内容和课程设置的比较,分析我国医学人文教育的现状及存在的问题,可以帮助我国高等医学院校更好地实施人文素质教育,培养医学生具有良好的人文精神,为我国高等医学人文课程改革与发展提供一些有益的参考意见。

Through comparison of the medical humanities courses＇content and curriculum between Chinese and American medical colle- ges, this paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of medical humanities education in China. It can help to make our medical humanities education better, train medical students with humanistic spirit, provide some useful reference for the reform and the development of humanities courses in Chinese medical colleges.
