和谐社会视野下新建本科院校社工专业实务课程体系的构建——以乐山师范学院为例

The Construction of Practical Curriculum of Social Work Majors of Newly-built Universities Under the View of Harmonious Society——Taking Leshan Normal University as Example

培养造就一大批素质优良的社会工作人才,是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要。高等学校,特别是新建本科院校对此负有义不容辞的责任与义务。创新——以实务课程体系构建为基础培养高素质专业社会工作人才,为和谐社会的构建储备更多新鲜力量。务实——以实务课程体系构建为契机大力开展社会工作专业改革,为新建本科院校提升办学竞争力提供了更加有利的切入点。实务课程体系的构建应牢固确立重职业素养的养成和专业能力的提高以及以学生为本和"立足本土,服务本土"为出发点的理念。这一体系可以分为实验实务教学课程体系、课程实习体系、毕业论文(设计)体系和学生课外自主实践体系等四大有机联系的模块。

It is urgently needed to create a social work team with rational structure and quality, to build a harmonious society. Institutions of higher learning, especially newly-built colleges and universities, they should do the obligatory responsibility and moral duty. Innovation could cultivate high-quality talents in the field of professional social work and provide the more fresh strength for the harmonious society. Practicality could carry out the reform of professional social work energetically and offers more favorable breakthrough Point for enhancing the competitiveness of newly-buih colleges and universities. The construction of practical curriculum should be firmly established to develop heavy occupation accomplishment and the improvement of professional ability. Moreover, the construction of practial curriculum system should take ＂based on local, local service＂ as the starting point of philosophy. The system can be divided into four organic modules, namely, the practical experimental curriculum system, curriculum practice system, graduation thesis （design） system, and students＇ extracurricular autonomous practice system.
