摘要
以优良的粘红酵母为菌株,通过设计单因素和响应面法分析,确定了发酵的最佳产油脂条件为:糖蜜55.46g/L,酵母膏7.12g/L,尿素2.07g/L,经发酵4d后,菌体生物量12.674g/L,油脂含量达1.447g/L,油脂含量达11.42%.
Single factor design and response surface methodology was used to optimize the fermentation medium for the production of microbial lipid by excellent Rhodotorula glutinis. The optimal medium consisted of the molasses of 55.46g/L, the yeast extract of 7.12g/L, the urea of 2.07g/L, and the fermentation time was 4d. Under the optimized conditions, the microorganism biomass was 12.674g/L, the fat content was 1.447 g/L, and the microbial hpid content was 11.42%.
