摘要 对半导体调温座椅应用与电动汽车存在的技术难题进行了讨论,指出提高半导体材料的优值系数和优化设计热端的散热系统是研制半导体调温座椅的技术关键,介绍了几种性能较好的半导体制冷器材料,总结了提高材料优值系数的方法,同时针对半导体调温座椅的工作特点,提出可采用液体循环冷却技术加以解决。 This paper discusses the application of semiconductors in the seats of electric cars and technological problems in electric cars, points out that to increase the optimization performance of semiconductor materials and to optimize and design the heat emission system are the key technologies in the study of the thermostat controller seats with semiconductor, introduces some semiconductor refrigerating materials with preferable performance, and summarizes how to improve the figure of optimization performance. It also proposes to solve the problems in thermostat controller seats with the help of liquid circulation cooling technology.
