研究与分析了制约教师发展社会服务能力的原因,研究与认识了提高高职教师社会服务能力的必要性,研究与探寻了提高高职院校教师社会服务能力的途径与举措,以南京工业职业技术学院数控技术专业为研究对象,研究并探寻出提高专业教师社会服务能力的途径。

This paper makes a research and analysis of reasons of restricting the development of teachers＇ social service ability, realizes the necessity and explores the ways of improving their social service ability. Taking as an example the specialty of numerical control tech- nology of Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology, this paper discusses the means and ways of improving the social service ability of pro- fessional teachers.
