Practice and Discussion of the National Enterprise Field Training of Professional Teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges

针对是国家级职教师资三项培训之一。以南京化工职业技术学院教师企业顶岗培训实践为例,探讨了教师企业顶岗培训的组织安排与措施方案,提出在培训中要突出强化质量管理,通过不断健全完善培训质量评价标准,才能保障培训项目的实际成效。

The teachers＇ enterprise field training is one of the three national vocational education teachers＇ trainings. This paper, taking as an example of the professional teachers＇ enterprise field national training of Nanjing College of Chemical Technology, discusses the ar- rangement and program of teachers＇ enterprise field training, puts forward the importance of training quality through establishing sound evaluation criteria of training to obtain actual effect.
