如何通过使用信息化的手段,提高毕业生就业工作的效率和质量,是很多高职院校在探索和追求的目标。在分析目前高职院就业信息化现状的基础上,结合本校就业工作信息化建设的实践经验,提出了打造集学习、管理、服务、交流、监控、反馈于一体的毕业生就业管理全程信息化平台的建设策略。

To improve the efficiency and quality of college employment through informatized means is the goal explored and sought after by many vocational colleges. This paper, on the basis of analysis of the current situation of college employment situation and in combina- tion of the practice of information construction in NIIT, puts forward a strategy of building an integrated informatized platform of learning, management, service, communication, monitoring and feedback, and realizes the recording, knowing and targeting employment.
