In new situation, the foundation for improving teaching quality is to strengthen training on college students. Class management is the most important point on college students training. As a result,managers must continuously renew management concept and innovate in management mode during their class management work. Firstly, multiple connections are effective to increase the positive energy in class management. Secondly ,managers should strengthen the regular construction about unity of self-discipline and heteronomy. Lastly, it is necessary to create a new networking mode about class management.
