青年教师具有科研能力较强、容易获得学生认同、具有较强的可塑性等优势,同时又存在缺乏对教材的整体把握以及缺乏教学技巧和教学经验等不足之处。在教学过程中充分发挥现有的优势,同时注意弥补不足,将有助于生物化学教学质量的提高。
The young teachers have rich experience in scientific research and strong plasticity in teaching training, and more easily obtain concurrence from students. On the contrary, they have no experience in teaching and lack teaching skills and not completely master the teaching materials yet. In the teaching process, through exerting the existing advantages and filling the insufficiency, the teaching quality will be improved by young teachers.
