摘要
管理过程的全程控制是ISO9000质量管理体系的核心思想,它把质量管理由对结果的评价,转变成为对过程的控制,提出了"以顾客为中心"、"全员参与"、"持续改进"等八项基本原则.通过对传统实验教学管理制度实施效果和现状的分析,探讨建立高校实践教学ISO9000质量保障体系的意义、价值和可行性,并结合实践教学的特点,通过借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系的基本思想,构建新型高校实践教学质量保障体系的方法提出了具体设想.
As the nucleus of the ISO9000 quality assurance system, the full scope control of the managing process converts the quali-ty management form the assessment of the result to the control of the process and proposes the eight principles that is "take the customer as center, all the staff take part in, improve constantly". This thesis studies the significance, value and the feasibility of establishing ISO9000 quality assurance system of the practical teaching in engineering colleges by analyzing the effect and the current situation of the traditional practical teaching management system. It also puts forward some specific thoughts contributing the new style practical quality management system combined with the features of the practical teaching and the basic thought of the ISO9000 quality assurance system.
