摘要 核心维修能力,是美军在大规模实施合同商保障过程中,于1984年提出的一个用于军地任务分配的概念。从美军核心维修能力的概念界定、建设措施、地位作用进行深入研究和系统梳理,在此基础上提出我军核心维修能力建设的重要启示。 Core maintenance capability is the concept that was put forward in 1984 in using con tractor support on a large scale, which is applied into civil-military task allocation. The paper resear ches on concept,main significance, assisting methods of core maintenance capability, and brings for ward the important inspiration to our army.
