高职院校美育效能提升的思考

On Enhancing Aesthetic Education Effectiveness in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前,高职院校的美育在实施过程没有得到高度重视的现状是由多重因素造成的。高职院校必须改进美育工作,提升美育在高端技能型人才培养过程中的效能。要更新美育理念,树立人才培育的"大美育"观;要合理设置课程,构建立体课程体系;要深化美育改革,提升教师美育素养。

Multiple factors contribute to the lack of attention given to the aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges,while aesthetic education should be improved in higher vocational colleges to promote its role in the cultivation of highly skilled talents. The concept of aesthetic education should be updated to develop a concept of Big Aesthetic Education;the curricula should be rationally structured and the aesthetic education reform should be deepened to enhance teachers＇ aesthetic attainments.
