浅论专业课程教学与职业生涯教育的有机结合

On the Combination of Professional Teaching and Career Education

探讨了在大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻的背景下,高校推进职业生涯教育的新思路。通过有机结合专业课程教学与职业辅导内容,不仅可以丰富专业课程的教学内容,使专业教学更贴近社会需求;同时也可在教学过程中潜移默化地提升学生的职业素养与职业技能。在促进学生就业方面,实践证明相关策略起到了一定的推动及加持作用。

This paper discussed the new ideas of promoting career counseling in colleges and universi- ties, in the context of the increasingly severe employment situation for university graduates. By combi- ning the professional teaching and career counseling, one can enrich the content of professional courses and make the professional teaching adapted better to social needs. And, the vocational traits and professional skills of the students can also be enhanced imperceptibly during these courses. It has been proved that the strategy discussed in this paper does play a certain role in promoting the students employment.
