高校学生公寓“三育人”功能研究

Research on the“three aspects of education” of Students' Dormitory

高校学生公寓是大学生日常学习、生活、人际交往的重要场所,也是大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地。高校要充分认识公寓在学生教育管理工作中的重要性,创新公寓管理模式,深化育人理念,最终实现管理育人、服务育人、文化育人的"三育人"功能。

Students’ dormitory is an important place for students ’ daily life ,study and interpersonal communi-cation ,and it is also a key place to carry out ideological and political education .Colleges should fully realize the im-portance of students’ dormitory in term of students’ education and management .We should reform the mode of management and deepen our educational ideas ,which ultimately realize the three aspects of educational function ：management education ,service education and cultural education .
