社区是城市的细胞。加强社区思想道德建设,是搞好整个精神文明建设的一项重要的基础工程。搞好社区建设要以"特色家庭"建设为核心,以活动为载体,创新教育方式,做到自律与他律相结合。

Community is the cell of society .To strengthen moral construction is a basic project of spiritual con-struction .Community construction should put “special family”as the key and activities as the carrier ,so as to inno-vate the way of education and combine self -discipline and people-discipline .
