双蜗壳泵隔板长度对径向力平衡的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探究蜗壳隔板长度对离心泵径向力平衡的影响,以IH-200-150-400型双蜗壳离心泵为研究对象,在5个不同的流量工况点对单蜗壳泵和3种不同隔板长度的双蜗壳泵内部流场进行CFD数值模拟分析。双蜗壳结构方案分别为L1:隔板弧度110°;L2:隔板弧度180°;L3:隔板弧度195°。对模拟结果进行分析表明:双蜗壳泵较单蜗壳泵能较好地平衡径向力,随着双蜗壳泵隔板长度的增加,双蜗壳泵径向力平衡效果有所提高,但效果提升并不明显,当隔板绕叶轮弧度大于180°时,隔板长度对径向力平衡影响非常小;隔板长度取L3是较合理的,在平衡径向力的同时,兼顾了铸造难度;较之单蜗壳泵,双蜗壳泵的效率和扬程有所下降,随着双蜗壳泵隔板长度的增加,泵的效率呈上升趋势,泵的扬程呈下降趋势。 In order to clarify the relationship between baffle length of volute and radial force balance , the radial force of single volute pump and double volute pump with three different baffle length was studied in IH -200-150-400 double volute pump at five different operation points based on CFD numerical simulation .The structure scheme of double vo-lute was:L1,baffle radian 110°;L2,baffle radian 180°;L3,baffle radian 195°.The numerical simulation result in-dicated that double volute pump can effectively balance the radial force than single volute pump .With the increase of baffle length, the effect of radial force balance of double volute pump was improved , but the improving effect was not obvious.When baffle radian that around impeller was greater than 180°, baffle length had little influence on radial force balance .It's rational to take L 3 as the baffle length considering the radial force balance and casting difficulty . Compared to the single volute pump , double volute pump had a lower efficiency and pump head .With the increase of baffle length, the efficiency showed an increase trend yet the head showed a decrease trend .
