摘要
智能变电站的高级应用对于建设坚强智能电网具有重要意义,而对高级应用的功能测试目前还缺乏立足于全站规模的实时闭环仿真。利用RTDS搭建了全站一次系统模型,过程层、站控层分别组网,设置了过程层设备与RTDS进行模拟量及开关量通讯的接口,进而构建了智能变电站高级应用功能测试平台。该平台可以用于智能变电站高级应用功能的测试,各层标准化的接口方式便于增加测试间隔及相应设备,具有良好的可扩展性;同时,随着RTDS外接GTNET卡与国内智能站IED互操作性能的提升,平台所需过程层设备可以大大简化,具有可升级性。
Advanced application of smart substation has important significance for the construction of strong smart grid. But real-time closed loop simulation based on the whole substation is absent for testing advanced application at present. A RTDS-based model of the whole substation power system was set up. And networks were respectively established for the process layer and station layer. Then the equipment in the process layer interfaced with RTDS through analog and switch quantities. After that the platform for testing advanced application of smart substation has been built. This platform can be used for testing advanced application of smart substation and has good extensibili- ty, as interface ways between its layers arc standardized and this makes it easy to increase tested bays with corre- sponding devices. At the same time, the platform also has space of upgradeability, because with the improvement of interoperability between GTNET and domestic IEDs of smart substation, the process layer of this platform will be simplified greatly.
