Li Yining, the most famous economist in China, has voiced his latest view about contemporary Chinese economic situation in this forum. He reckoned that social harmony was the largest bonus during China's reform and the bonus could be released only by gradually reform. Similarly, Jiang Ping, the senior jurist, emphasized on the matter of lawmaking during the economic reform. 'Without proper law, the role of government or market will be still in ambiguity in future reform.' Jiang insisted.
