摘要
发展现代农业的支持体系需要建立农产品绿色供应链。将供应链联盟思想应用于农产品的生产、加工和流通过程,将供应链各节点企业结成战略联盟,对于建立完整高效的农产品绿色供应链是至关重要的。从组织目标、运行机制和技术支持三个方面提出了构建农产品绿色供应链战略联盟运作体系的具体方案。
The construction of green supply chain of agricultural products is the needs of developing modern agriculture.Aiming at the construction of efficient and integral green supply chain of agricultural products,it is very important to form strategic alliance of node enterprises on the supply chain by utilizing the theory of supply chain alliance in the procedure of production,processing and circulation of agricultural products.The paper puts forwards the specific measures of constructing strategic alliance of green supply chain of agricultural products from the perspectives of organizational objectives,operating mechanism and technical support.
