摘要
本研究以重庆7所民办高职为对象,通过文献资料、田野调查、走访调查、对比分析等方法,对其体育师资就构成、性别、年龄、执教年限、学历、职称、科研、专项、教学、课外培训、竞赛、工资、福利等13个方面进行全方位调研,发现体育教师流动性大;未形成老中青梯队;学历和职称偏低;科研整体较弱;竞赛开展较好,但缺乏新兴时尚类项目的教学;工资与福利待遇与专业老师差距较大,分析上述现状有助于有针对性的加强民办高职体育师资队伍建设。
This survey was based on seven private higher vocational colleges through literature, field survey, interview, comparative analysis and other methods, it investigated the PE teacher from 13 aspects, which are gender, age,constitute coaching, degree, title, research, special, teaching,extracurricular training, competition, wages, welfare , it found out that the personnel mobility is big; the echelon is unreasonable; the professional title and degree is low ; the ability of scientific research is weak; while the competition is good, but it lacked new fashion class teaching projects; and big gap existed in wages and welfare treatment with professional teacher . The analysis of the problems stated above are sure to help with the current situation of the construction of sports teachers team construction in private higher vocational colleges.
