摘要
本科生导师制是目前高等教育教学改革中正在探索的一种人才培养模式。本文通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察及纵向与横向对比等研究方法,对新疆农业大学外国语学院针对2010级英语专业学生所实施导师制的效果进行梳理和分析,希望能对这一制度的改进和完善提出有益的参考。
Undergraduate Tutorial System is an important education model in the reform and development of higher education. With the use of ques- tionnaire surveys, interviews, classroom observation, and vertical and horizontal eomparison, this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo and problems in the implementation of Undergraduate Tutorial System in Foreign Languages College of Xinjiang Agricultural University, aiming to put for- ward some countermeasures to optimize the system.
