摘要
2013年以来,餐饮业遇到了前所未有的困难,面临房租高、原材料贵、人力成本高、消费不振等原因。通过对乌鲁木齐市大中小型餐饮企业的调研与分析,在目前餐饮大环境下对新疆特色餐饮企业的经营状况提出合理化的建议。
Since 2013, catering industry has met with unprecedented difficulties: high rent, expensive raw material, high man power cost and Sluggish consumption, etc. On the basis of the research and analysis of large, medium and small "catering businesses in Urumqi, the author puts forward some rational proposals to the operating status of Xinjiang characteristics catering industry.
