目的:根据直观性、循序渐进、科学性与思想性相统一等教学原则,针对气相色谱柱效测定实验中存在的实验成功率低、实验时间长和数据误差大等不足,进行改进。改进方法包括:改变实验过程中的载气流速顺序一由大变小操作;详细分解微量进样器的进样操作,使学生充分掌握进样操作及其科学性,使其从每一次小小实验中的成功得到鼓舞;另外利用Excel表格进行实验结果的数据处理,简化了计算过程,也缩短了学生完成实验报告的时间。结论:按照实验改进措施进行的实验,实验成功率大大提高,实验时间可缩短四分之一。文章的创新之处:将教学原则与实验教学改革相结合提高实验成功率,将计算机应用与教学相结合,提高了学生实验数据处理能力。
