腹内疝所致肠梗阻的超声检查分析

Ultrasonography of Bowel Obstruction Resulting from Intraabdominal Hernia

目的 评价超声检查在诊断腹内疝所致肠梗阻中的价值。方法 2 3例腹内疝术前全部经B超和X线检查 ,后经手术证实 ,并将结果进行比较。结果 ①腹内疝所致肠梗阻的声像图表现以局限性或弥漫性肠管扩张 ,局限性和弥漫性腹腔内积液 ,梗阻部位肠管壁增厚 ,肠管返折挤压为特征 ;②超声诊断腹内疝所致肠梗阻较X线检查敏感和特异 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 )。

Objective\ To evaluate the value of Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of bowel obstruction resulting from intraabdominal hernia. Methods 23 patients with intraabdominal hernia were confirmed by abdominal operation,all of them were examined with ultrasonography and X ray before operation.The findings of ultrasonography and radiography wre compared. Results ①The ultrasonographic patterns are characterized by focal or diffuse dilated bowel loop,isolated or extensive peritoneal fluid,thick wall bowel of occlusion segme and inverted bowel;②ultrasonography is more sensitive and specific than X ray in the diagnosis of intraabdominal hernia( P <0.01 and P <0.05). Conclusion ultrasonography is an effective aid to the clinical diagnosis of bowel obstruction resulting from intraabdominal hernia. [
