摘要
基于3S技术与3G移动技术设计开发了移动网格营销系统。系统设计为B/S结构,采用WebGIS管理信息系统,通过Oracle Spatial和JavaScript实现空间数据管理查询与百度地图开发;最后结合马鞍山市的区划特点给出了应用实例。
With the wide application of 3S technology and the new management concept on grid marketing strategy,the MGMS based on 3S technology had been designed and developed in this paper.The system was designed as the B/S structure using WebGIS management information system.Furthermore,spatial data management and the development of Baidu Maps were relied on the Oracle spatial and JavaScript.The results show that the utilities of the 3S technologies to create 3D data platform for long-term salesmen who work outside,can help to allocate grid boundary in the electronic maps and institute the enterprise resource allocation mechanism efficiently.Besides,the visualization functions of GIS have the abilities to colorize the map according to the diferent ranks.It can also provide thematic maps to optimize the management.
