根据物权平等保护的原则,探讨了宅基地使用权某些问题的处理办法。通过工作实践,对今后应在严守"一户一宅"制度,农村宅基地产权制度改革的实践及不动产统一登记制度的建立等方面提出了建议。

This paper discussed the method of solving problems arisen in applying rural housing land use right.Through working practices,it provided some advises for various aspects included that strictly following the regulation of One House Per Family,reform of the rural housing land property rights system and establishment of property uniied registration system.
