摘要
本文从案例式教学在《内经选读》课程中的应用入手,提出古今医案的合理布局可以增强案例式教学的效果,并从3个方面进行了阐述:现代医案作为引入,增强了学生学习内经的兴趣;古医案作为理论发挥,增强了学生对原文的理解;古今医案合理布局,使教学内容更加生动。最后强调《内经》案例教学对教师在教学案例的选择,课堂教学设计,临床经验的丰富等方面提出更高要求,要求更多的投入和参与,教师与学生都承担着更多教与学的责任。
According to the application of case teaching in Selective Reading of NEIJING, this paper proposes that prop-er redistribution of ancient and modem medical records can improve the teaching effect of case teaching, and expounds this point from 3 aspects as follows; the modem medical records, as a introduce, Increases the interest in Selective Reading of NEIJING; ancient medical records, as the develop of theory, improve the understanding of the original text; and the proper re- distribution of ancient and modern medical records make the teaching content more vivid. The teachers are demanded to se-lect the cases, design the teaching course and get clinical experience for teaching of Selective Reading of NEIJING. And the teachers should get more input and participation. Students as well as the teachers should assume more responsibility on learn-ing and teaching.
