摘要
新的培训形势下,地市级行政学院在师资队伍建设方面普遍存在着教师对"教什么"、"怎么教"无所适从、教师知识结构老化固化等五类问题。导致这些问题的主要原因在于:教学内容开发能力、教学方法创新能力、教学技能驾驭能力和教学工具适应能力不足。在教师执教能力结构中,教学内容开发能力是核心成分,教学方法创新能力是权变成分,教学技能驾驭能力是必要成分,教学工具适应能力是辅助成分,分别可以通过教研咨一体化、培训对象研究、导师帮带制度和教学优化设计等途径和方式加以强化培养。
The five kinds of issues, such as the confusion about the teaching content and method, the outmoding of knowledge structure, widely exist among the teaching faculty in the governance academies at the prefectural-level. Such issues are mainly caused by the insufficiency of teaching content development, innovation of teaching method, utilization of teaching skills and adaptation of teaching tools. As the core part of the whole structure, the teaching contents development capability can be cultivated according to the integration of the teaching, research and consulting. Serving as the contingency part, the teaching methods innovation capability can be developed through the trainee study. The teaching skills using capability and the teaching tools adaption capability, functioning as the nec- essary part and the assisting part respectively, can be cultivated by the guide of tutors and the optimized instruction- al design separately.
