摘要
通过对鄱阳湖生态经济区农村富余劳动力转移培训基本情况的调查,找出该区在农村富余劳动力转移培训中出现的问题,分析其产生的主、客方面的原因,并提出完善培训组织体系、教育体系、培训市场制度体系、多渠道筹集资金等五项改进对策。
Through the survey of basic situation of transfer training of rural surplus labor in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone ,The author find out the problems in the rural surplus labor transfer training, analysis the subjective and objective reasons and then put forward the five countermeasures as follows:improve the training organization system, education system, market system cultivating and multiple channels to raise funds.
