结果 :烫伤后 2h、6h血浆ET( X±SEM ,分别为 1 0 4 4± 3 8pg/ml、76 8± 5 5pg/ml,n =8)较正常对照组 ( 41 4± 3 8pg/ml,n =8)明显升高 ,血浆LDH亦升高明显。 654- 2 ( 1 0mg/kg ,腹腔注射 )治疗组 ,与烫伤组比较 ,伤后 2h ,6h血浆ET( 62 6± 4 1pg/ml,51 8± 4 8pg/ml,n =8)明显下降。相关分析显示烫伤后血浆ET升高与血浆LDH呈显著正相关。结论 :ET的升高可能参与了烧伤早期的组织损害 ,654- 2可能通过抑制ET的升高发挥组织细胞保护作用。
Objective: To observe the changes in plasma endothelin (ET) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) levels at the early stage post burn and the effect of Anisodamine (654-2). Method: Rats with 30%BSA 3rd degree scald injury were used in this experiment. Plasma ET and LDH levels at 2, 6, 12 and 24 hr post burn were determined and the effect of applying Anisodamine (654-2) was observed. Results: Plasma ET levels of scalded rats at 2 and 6 hr post injury were significantly higher than that of normal control and plasma LDH levels were also increased. In Anisodamine (654-2) (i.p. 10mg/kg) treating group, plasma ET level reduced greatly. Correlation analysis revealed that the increase in plasma ET level was positively related to the increase in plasma LDH level. Conclusion: High ET level may play certain role in burn injury at the early stage. Anisodamine (654-2) protected the tissue through inhibiting the increase in plasma ET level. [
