动态负压射孔作业卡枪案例分析 被引量:6

摘要 动态负压射孔为一种在射孔瞬间清理射孔孔道的新方法,通过快速吸收井筒内的残余爆轰能,使井筒内压力在射孔后瞬间下降从而产生瞬间冲击回流,冲洗射孔孔道及周围压实带。通过动态负压射孔作业卡枪案例分析,总结出动态负压射孔技术在施工中难点及问题,指出了今后的改进技术措施。 Dynamic under-balanced pressure perforating is a new method for cleaning up perforations immediately after perforating.By the rapid absorption of the residual explosion energy within the wellbore,the wellbore pressure decreases rapidly,and with the fast back surge flow created by the dynamic under-balanced pressure differential,the perforations and crushed zone can be cleaned.Through the analysis of the popularization and application in Xinjiang Oilfield and combined with the construction case,it sums up the technologic difficulties and problems,and points out the future improvement of the technology.
