潜艇环境对艇员心理影响的研究

通过查阅国内外相关研究资料,从物理性环境和社会性环境两个方面分析了潜艇特殊环境对艇员的心理影响。潜艇上高温、高湿、高污染、高噪音、高震动、光照不足、空间狭小等恶劣的物理性环境和由工作压力、人际环境、突发事故、特殊训练、军事演习等构成的特殊社会性环境都会对艇员的生理机能、认知反应、情绪体验、人际关系、工作效率以及心理健康造成不良的影响。因此,维护潜艇艇员心理健康,提高潜艇部队战斗力应注重加强艇员心理选拔、心理健康教育和心理素质训练。

This paper makes an analysis of the effect of the submarine environment on the crew＇s psychology in the two aspects of the physical and social environments according to the related literatures.Considering the various negative psychological effects brought about by physical and social conditions in submarines, it is necessary to take some measures, such as psychological treatment, psychological health education and psychological quality cultivation to improve the submarinersr mental health.
