摘要
通过鱼雷发射管进行布放回收是潜艇使用无人水下航行器(UUV)的最佳方式之一,而UUV自航出管是否具有可行性是首要问题。首先,根据潜艇发射自航鱼雷的技术要求来建立UUV自航运动方程和边界条件,并通过计算分析求得UUV自航出管所需满足的条件。随后,在鱼雷内弹道仿真研究的基础上,建立UUV在鱼雷发射管内运动的数学模型,并对其受力和速度进行实时仿真。最后,将仿真结果与UUV自航出管条件进行对比分析。结果表明:UUV自航出管的可行性与其重力浮力差、最低出管速度及出管时的潜艇航速相关。因此,可通过设定恰当的性能参数来实现UUV自航出管的可行性。
One of the most ideal deployment and retrieval method for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV) in submarines is to use the torpedo tubes for swim-out launching; as a result, the feasibility of this approach has become a priority. Based on the technical requirements of torpedo launching in submarines, this paper analyzes the relevant UUV swim-out launching. Specifically, the mathematical model of the in- terior trajectory for UUV swim-out launching is established, where the time and velocity of the UUV dur- ing the process are calculated, and the simulation curves are obtained. Finally, by comparing the simula- tion results with the actual requirements of torpedo launching, this paper successfully proves the feasibility of the approach. The analysis indicates that the launching process is affected by buoyancy, weight, and the velocity of UUV and submarine, and the UUV could swim out from torpedo tubes as long as the above men- tioned design parameters are reasonable.
