氨苯枫—联磺甲氧苄啶对实验猪卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的疗效试验

CURATIVE EXPERIMENT OF DAPSONE SYNERGIC SULPHONAMIDES COMPOUND AGAINST PNEUMOCYSTIS CARINII PNEUMONIA IN PIGS MODEL

为判断氨苯枫—联磺甲氧苄啶对人工诱发实验猪卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的确切疗效 ,进行了本次试验。将人工诱发卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎成功的 1 1头实验猪中的 1 0头接受氨苯枫—联磺甲氧苄啶的治疗 ,1头为对照。每天治疗猪每次投服氨苯枫 2片 ,联磺甲氧苄啶 2片 ,每天 2次 ,连服 1 0天。结果实验猪于治疗后 5天症状有所缓解 ,第 1 0天恢复健康 ;对照猪症状进一步恶化 ,于第 3天死亡。结果说明此药物组合对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎有较好的疗效。

The experiment was made to observe the curing effects of the Dapsone synergic sulphonamides compounds treatment against artificially challenged swine Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.10 artificially infected pigs received Dapsone synergic sulphonamides compound via oral administration 2 pills once respectively,twice a day for 10 days;1 was untreated control pig.The result showed 10 treated pigs recovered 10 days after the treatment,the control pig died on the third day,which showed that the Dapsone synergic sulphonamides compound was highly effective against Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in pig model.
