摘要
本文基于对150名重庆市国有商业银行新员工的调查,分析了重庆市国有商业银行新员工的压力源。压力源主要包括工作任务繁重、工作时间过长、人际关系紧张和个人能力认知偏差。在对压力源分析的基础上,本文提出了合理制订工作任务、科学安排工作时间、建立良好沟通机制和正确认知工作压力等减缓新员工工作压力的措施。
In this paper, according to the survey of 150 new employees of Chongqing national commercial banks, the author analyzed their pressure sources. The stressors mainly included the hard tasks, too long work time, interpersonal skills and cognitive biases. Based on this, he gave some suitable ideas such as the reasonable task, scientific arrangement of work, a good communication mechanism and the correct cognition to slow their stresses.
