摘要
目的 :开发脐血血浆的临床应用价值 ,探讨脐血血浆输注对急性白血病患者化疗后血象恢复的影响。方法 :设脐血血浆治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在急性白血病化疗后第 2天和第 4天各输注脐血血浆 6 U ,对照组仅采用一般的对症支持治疗 ,观察两组病例化疗后血象和骨髓象的恢复情况。结果 :治疗组外周血白细胞恢复较快 ,平均为 (11.83± 4.2 6 ) d,对照组平均为 (18.92± 5 .75 ) d(P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组骨髓恢复至增生活跃需 (11.2 4± 4.6 8) d,对照组骨髓恢复至增生活跃需 (19.15± 6 .76 ) d,两组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;且无一例出现输血反应及其它不良现象。结论 :急性白血病患者化疗后脐血血浆输注具有刺激骨髓生长和促进外周血白细胞恢复的功能 。
Objective:To discuss the influence of the blood in patients with acute leukemia after infusing cord blood plasma.Methods:All patients were infused cord blood plasma six unite in 2d and 4d after undergoing chemotherapy,the recovery of the blood and bone marrow were observed.Results:The average recovery time of the blood leukocyte was 11.83±4.26 days in study group versus 18.92±5.75 days in control group( P <0.05).That of bone marrow was 11.24±4.68 days in study group versus 19.15±6.76 days in control group( P <0.05).None of transfusion reacions and clinical side effects were found.Conclusion:Cord blood plasma could markedly stimulate the marrow cell growth and increased the blood leukocyte.
