摘要 为改善低压断路器过载可靠性测试方式,提出了等效校验的方法,缩短了测试周期,提高了检测效率。通过引进视觉定位技术和柔性调整技术,解决了断路器双金属片螺钉螺母自动识别定位调整的问题,消除了手动调节造成的误差。介绍了智能系统的硬件设计部分和软件设计部分。通过设计用户操作界面,增强系统交互性。目前,该系统进入试验阶段,运行状态良好,在快速性和准确性方面性能优越。 To improve low-voltage circuit breaker overload reliability measurement, the equivalent calibration method was proposed, which could shorten testing cycle and improve the detection efficiency. By utilizing visual positioning technology and flexible adjustment technique to eliminate the error caused by manual adjustment, the automatic identification of circuit breaker bimetallic screw nut positioning and adjustment problem was solved. The hardware and software design of the intelligent system was introduced. It enhances the system interaction through the user interface design. The designed system has come into the test stage. It runs in good condition and has superior performance in terms of quickness and accuracy.
