从高校"双证书"人才外语能力培养模式研究的背景分析入手,介绍了CBI教学法的内涵和实践价值,明确了研究的指导思想和基本原则,提出了基于"1+1 CBI"理念的"双证书"人才外语能力培养模式,并对模式下每一个环节的重点内容和实践方案进行了阐述。

Starting with analyzing the background of cultivating talents with ＂two certificates＂, this article introduces the contents and the values of CBI, specifies the guiding ideas and basic principles for constructing a new training system of foreign languages capacity and puts forward a set of approaches to further improve the new pattern.
