屈光手术前后的社会医学和心理学调查

Investigation of the Social Medicine and Psychdogy before and after the Refractive Surgery

目的 :研究屈光手术前后的社会医学和心理学问题。方法 :用自制问卷表格 ,就 410 0例屈光手术 (PRK,L ASIK )后患者中 ,随机对 10 0 0例患者进行回顾性调查。结果 :35岁以下占 91.2 % ,35岁以上占 8.8% ;选择主要原因 :广告 4.8% ;就业 42 .7% ;不愿戴眼镜 5 7.3% ;手术前后最关心的问题的排序和内容均有不同。术后自感满意度低于医师客观满意度。结论 :应重视屈光手术过程中的社会和心理学问题。

Objective: We studied the social and psychological state in patients receiving refractive surgery.Methods: Of the 4100 patients in our centre,respectively we investigate 1000 patients in randomly, with self-made inquiring list. Results:About reasons that they come to our center for refractive surgery :4 8% enquired come for advertisment; 42 7% enquired for employment; and patients enquired did not want to wear glasses account for 57 3%。The most concerns of the patients about operation is different during refractive surgery. The satistaction with results of the of the operation to doctors in better than patients. Conclusion: Social and psychological state should be emphasized during the refractive surgery.
