摘要 利用AMEsim软件对基于磁控形状记忆合金的伺服阀建模,设计了新型伺服阀的控制器。伺服阀的性能可以通过AMEsim仿真窗口清楚地观察到。引入了PID控制来减小在同等上升时间内伺服阀的超调量。为了进一步提高新型伺服阀的性能,系统后续加入了专家PID和AMEsim/Simulink联合仿真技术来有效地仿真整个系统,并取得了理想的仿真结果。 The paper designs a pilot servo valve model based on magnetic sharp memory alloys (MSMA)and uses AMEsim technology to simulate the controller. The serve valve performance can be observed through the AMEsim simulation window. The PID control is added to reduce the large overshoot of the servo valve under the same rise time. For the sake of further improving the characteristics of servo valve, the system introduces the expert PID and AMEsim/Simulink simulation technology to realize the effective operation in the whole system and obtained the ideal simulation results.
