摘要
热生长氧化物TGO在高温环境中的形成一直是影响热障涂层系统(TBC)的重要因素。基于ABAQUS材料用户子程序UMAT建立了一个不同于目前有限元方法的数值模拟方案,以此模拟在高温氧化环境中热生长氧化物的生长形成过程,该分析方法突破了TGO厚度的限制。通过与目前权威研究结果比较分析发现,两者表现出较好的吻合度,说明该分析策略的正确性和有效性,为以后全面研究掌握热障涂层保护系统(TBC)的力学性能提供了参考和依据。
The formation of TGO at the high temperature has always been considered as a signifi- cant influence on mechanical performance in thermal barrier coatings (TBCs). In this work, a different numerical simulation procedure has been designed to closely simulate TGO formation at the elevated temperature based on UMAT in ABAQUS software. The FEA result agrees well with that from the other authoritative result indicating the accuracy and validity of the simulation procedure. It provides a good way to simulate TGO formation in TBCs without the limitation of TGO thickness for thorough understanding of TBC failure mechanism.
